Accurate description of item & quick delivery

Ordered on Wednesday, paid for express post. Received the following week. Would not have paid for express post if I wasn’t going to receive it the same week. Tried contacting them but no response.

But wasn’t in stock had to wait more then two weeks did receive free gift but looks like it came straight from wish

Product exactly as ordered with express postage. Product was suitably packed and arrived quicker than expected. Stress free purchase and very happy with transaction.

Good communication, friendly and honest.

Purchased a tyre pressure monitor that was faulty. It then took nearly 2 months from date of purchase to receiving a refund. Customer Service was awful. Communication is terrible & most times taking 24 hours to respond. I asked for a refund & they said they were trying to help me rectify the problem but at no time did they communicate that to me. I know you can’t please everyone but this was the worst online experience I have ever experienced.

I was initially sent a different component to what I had ordered.
After emailing Autolines they arranged the correct component FOC and sent it to me.
Great to see this type of service.

We did have an issue about being 'express' delivered, when I emailed and said I was concerned it was not being delivered they refund the 'express' charge and still delivered 'express'.
They did all they could to help fix the problem.

Deliver unit loaded with vehicle software and seller answered all my questions in a timely manner.

You cancelled my first order and not enough information about the product

Product delivery was delayed without notification. Product was substituted for a different product even though the web site indicated original product was InStock, no advice was received prior to delivery. Return process seem to work effective after getting specific advice and post advice. It would be a little more efficient, if turn around time on continued conversations was max 12 hours as opposed to 24 hours. Finalising issues can take 3 days if the conversation requires 2 email from the customer to obtain clarifications and advice.

Easy to purchase. Unfortunately communication let them down. Wasn't advised [updated] during the process. Didn't now how order was progressing. Wasn't advised of shipping. Had to contact company to enquire where my product was after the time it said it would arrive.

I placed an order for express delivery, which I even checked was available for express delivery before I placed the order. I needed this product urgently and after much back and forth trying to track the item it seems it didn't ship from Auto Lines until 3 days after I ordered even though I paid for express delivery.
