I can honestly say I've not had…
I can honestly say I've not had customer service from any company as good as I've had over the past few years with AES.
Having bought a Remora i12 ASHP for my koi pond the machine has been faultless for over 3 years and has ran constantly during this time even in the depths of a Scottish deep frost.
Simon who I dealt with originally has been excellent with any questions I've had and even adapted the ASHP bespoke to a particular requirement of mines before supply.
