Ordered new wiper blades on Tuesday morning, and they arrived Wednesday. Unfortunately the long rainy spell had suddenly finished by then, but can’t win ‘em all.

Part i ordered arrived scratched and metal bent. first time using this place and if this the parts they sell last time!!!. Metal has indents and drag marks like it ripped off another car new parts shouldn't be scratched this bad. I have asked for new part sent at there expense as this looks 2nd hand

I initially had trouble getting into my account after a password change recommended by Norton. I contact them online and still had trouble. I persisted and I believe the problem was my end. When I got through, I was able to re-order one of my previous orders which saved me a fair bit of effort. I went back to the Automotive Superstore because their prices were so much better and I could afford to wait for freight.

Quality parts and quick delivery

Would not accept return of items unused, still in original packaging, because it was past the 30day return period. They are not legally required to do so, but I have never had someone refuse to refund just because they are not required to. Just make sure there is no chance you incorrectly ordered the wrong part number.

Website provides a poor product description and fitment match is unreliable. Customer Service is not offering full refund for items wrongly described and demands for Returned items to be in Unopened original box.

not enough customer service effort is put into this, unfortunately i can tell the emails are from the same person but not the same email, strange and shady behavior, but in the past the store had been a really good place to purchase from.

DO NOT use this company, they sell you an item and when its faulty they make every excuse under the sun to not exchange it, dragging it out and leaving you off the road for weeks and weeks even once the item has been returned.
A truly awful company , STEER WELL CLEAR
