Well packed, easy to follow instructions, and solid construction. If you believe in a higher place in the afterlife, you’ve already fantasized about this chair being your forever bum perch. When I sit, unicorns with mullets literally shoot fireworks, grill me hot dogs, and say “yea brother” to everything I say. What else can I say? This chair is top tier

The cable tray arrived faster than expected! Not only that, but installing the tray and placing my cables within was sooo much easier than I could’ve thought. I’m so glad I took the chance and bought it. My work area looks so much cleaner! ☺️

I bought this desk 3 years ago and it is still working excellently. The one problem I had, support worked with me diligently to troubleshoot the issue, and even sent free parts to fix it (which did the trick). I cannot recommend this company (and their support staff!) enough.

I also love this desk. Easy setup (and easy disassemble, I disassembled it to move and reassembled it).

I love the desk, except that the top of the desk came with a small dent in the top. That was unfortunate, but otherwise, I love it!

Every single aspect about this purchase was fantastic. I'm not sure where your warehouse is, but the ErgoStool was delivered to me in Irvine, CA literally within 2 days of placing my order (I purchased after 5pm on a Wednesday and it arrived by Noon that same Friday)....outstanding! I was skeptical at first but I have been using this thing for a almost a week now and its AMAZING.

Quality products at reasonable prices. Great customer service experience if any questions arise about the products, replacement parts, etc.

I used the raise/lower function once to raise and once to lower and it would not work after that. Once received the chair remained in its original packaging for about a week; at which point I paid 100 dollars for a technician to assemble the chair under my watchful eye. talk about unreliable, and it is virtually impossible to reach customer service.

The company makes a unique product, the Ergostool, that works really well, and the website makes it easy to order it, and delivery is really fast.

You make a good chair. It is comfortable and easy to adjust. Normally I would refrain from commenting, because durability is such an important issue, but I purchased your chair mainly because my son has had one for some time. It's holding up well and he likes it.
The only issue I have is that the arms move back and forth, are not rigid and will shimmy horizantly. These are very minor issues and I am not troubled.

The Ergo Chair Ultra v2 did not assemble properly, manufacturing was off by a full inch.

The AI desk came delivered with the pro manual instead of the AI one, which lacks instructions on how to install the sensor hub. The desktop they delivered also did not have screw holes for the sensor hub, which I taped on instead.

Average prices, shoddy manufacturing. Look elsewhere, many other great desk and chair manufacturers exist.

I received my chair very promptly, and the one question I had about my order was responded to immediately. Most importantly, the chair is extremely comfortable. I recommend it highly.
