I love this stool. It's surprising to receive an item these days that is made WELL, packaged WELL, and is easy to put together. I also love the stool itself. I love that it rocks, which keeps me moving while I work. And because it is high, I get up and walk around much more than when I was in a chair. The only issue for me is that the lowest setting on the stool is still too high for my table, and I'm going to have to get risers for my table.

Ashley was extremely helpful at diagnosing and solving my problem. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed to fix my chair's base. Ashley approached it all with joy and levity making this truly an enjoyable support experience!

The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to put the chair together by myself. It's very supportive and adjustable.

Order shipped very fast. Shipping box and protection was very strong. ErgoChair Pro was easy to assemble. Very comfortable and helped a lot with my back pain. Feels very high quality for the price. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with the desk not going up/down with one touch. But Alice provided quick instructions to fix the issue.

I bought the standing desk, chair and filing cabinet 5 years ago. I’ve changed my standing desk from the L to the regular long one support helped me do this change a couple years ago, and today I had an issue with my filing cabinet and support once again helped me! Today Ashley helped me and she was wonderful!

The Autonomous Desk 5 Pro is great. I just wish the delivery process was smoother. My desk surface was stuck in the warehouse for a week, and I had to start a support ticket for it to be shipped. The support was speedy though.

This chair completely relieved my back pain within the first week of use. I can genuinely feel the difference every day.

Initially thought they scammed me out of a return, but it turns out the return wasn't available as the order was not marked as delivered.
