Large -70mm desk quality is very good

Large -70mm desk quality is very good - sturdy and quiet. Delivery was on time, desk came in 2 parts. Assembly took longer than 20 minutes due to unclear step 1 and step 2 instructions. Also purchased and installed Autonomous cable tray, which is sturdy and large.

Good Customer care over What’s app

I have been using autonomous chair for about five years now. As all of us are aware that every normal use has wear and tear, so obviously it requires replacing the right parts on time. This time it is the seat, I was looking how can I get a spare seat rather than buying a brand new chair. I was not able to do it from my account as I was not able to access my old order details. I connected autonomous over WhatsApp, customer service agent, Ashley help me out. She even ran the inventory and confirmed that I can get a seat of a different color. It was a helpful experience and I appreciate all the help to get the order placed. Will be eagerly waiting for the package to arrive.

I am 6’5” with wide shoulders the chair just fits me so I one of the lucky ones who get to experience this chair as it is perfect adjustability for long writing sessions or gaming

Fast shipping but horrible assembly

I used this desk at work and liked it a lot, so bought one for home. The product seems nice and should work out just fine. The desk shipped really quickly!

The instructions were super unclear and frustrating. The first few steps were finicky and I couldn't find help online. It took way more than 15 minutes to set up, like they claim.

Avoid this company if you can

Pathetic company with misleading information and the worst customer service.I ordered the Desk Pro set, and at no point during the purchase was it mentioned that this was a flash sale item. When I tried to return the product, I was told it was not eligible for return because it was a flash sale—this was a complete surprise.

To make matters worse, the product specifications clearly state a 30-day return policy, which contradicts what customer service later told me. This is misleading and unacceptable.

On top of all this, the product quality is poor and does not justify the price. Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the product and the company.

Not worth the price

It's an okay chair but not worth the price in my opinion. The seat doesn't tilt back and lock to take pressure off the pelvis, the low back support isn't enough for me, there is no pelvis support and for $400 it's just not what it should be. I'm keeping the chair rather than returning because that is such a huge pain to return. It has to be in exact original packaging or they deduct 30% etc. I'm pretty disappointed.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping, easy installment, and the chair feels solid and well built. The foam cushion is a bit firmer than im used to so I added my own cushion on top which helped a lot. I trust this seat will treat me well for years to come.

Ashley!!!

I came across a potentially faulty piece while assembling my desk and Ashley from customer service was soooo nice and helpful. She helped me with pictures and videos and was amazing all around. I’ll have to be transferred to another help group because my piece really might just be faulty, but overall 10/10 customer service and experience so far and Ashley is awesome. The product is really easy to put together so far and the instructions are simple! Aside from this little problem, it’s been going smoothly!

Overall Good Chair

Overall, a nice chair.
However, there are some 'quality issues'
1. Sharp/rough plastic seams on the armrests
2. Headrest did not screw in easily. I had to use so much force to turn the screws I thought I would break the chair (so I left a bit of a gap).
3. Instruction diagram had at least one image in reverse and the language was not clear.

Thankful for understanding and patience

I made the silly mistake of ordering a blind box without checking all the details. I was so stressed that I would end up with a desk, yes, with a discount, but in a color that did not match my apartment, that I reached out to see what could be done, if anything. That's when Alice came into the picture. Off the bat, she was super helpful, offering me suggestions on how to move forward that would make both me and the company happy. I reordered in the color I wanted, shipping was faster than expected, and I had my new desk, in the color I wanted, within a week! Alice emailed me tracking updates along the way, which was not expected but super appreciated. Once I confirmed the replacement desks' arrival, she quickly processed my cancellation, and here we are, both happy with the outcome. I thank you for being so patient, as well as understanding and having solutions ready to go. I know customer service can sometimes suck, but I'm happy you were the one receiving my emails, considering you made this process way better than I could have imagined, so thank you again.
