Chinesische Händler ohne Gewährleistung - Finger weg!

Ich habe ein Set refurbished Stoßdämpfer für BMW gekauft. Diese wurden aus China versandt, es kam aber nur der linke an. Auf Nachfrage wurde der rechte mit 2 Wochen Verspätung nachgeliefert. Nach Einbau durch Fachwerkstatt und 3 Monaten Nutzung war der rechte Stoßdämpfer defekt. Nach deutschem Gesetz ist der gewerbliche Verkäufer auch bei aufgearbeiteten Teilen zur Gewährleistung verpflichtet. Das lehnt Auto Parts Home US ab. Stattdessen wird mir angeboten, erneut ein Teil aus China zu kaufen für 250 Euro. Das ist absurd. Mein Recht in China einzufordern, ist praktisch unmöglich. Also Augen auf und Finger weg!

Alles super freundliches…

Alles super freundliches Personal,kompetente Mitarbeiter die echt Ahnung von ihrem Job haben . In der heutigen Zeit wo es für ein Model bis zu 3 oder 4 verschiedenen Bremsen gibt . Ich bestelle echt viel bei Autoparts-Online und es hat immer gepasst . Schnelle Lieferung tolle Preise immer passend, macht weiter so .
