Customer Support and returns need some work
I have shopped with Autopartsway in the past as we had a landrover and experience was great, you could talk to a person to ensure parts were correct. Fast forward to ordering parts for a Subaru and the experience has been nothing short of terrible. Some of the parts came in wrong for the car, (not normally a big deal) but trying to do a return and find the right parts. Email response has been about a week for each question, tried the have us call you with no luck. Ended up going on FB before I could get some one to return a message. Almost a month later and still trying to get a return approval for a part. Hopefully this is not an indication of what service will be like in the future as they were great to deal with prior.

shopped Autopartsway before generally fast shipping and the right parts this time unfortunately i got the wrong brakes for the front of the vehicle and had to shop elsewhere as i needed them right away,not sure if it was me that ordered wrong but i put all the correct info for the vehicle but apparently there is 3 types of disc pads for my model that were not shown.i will still buy from Autopartsway because they have decent prices
