If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. First time I needed a tyre they didn’t reimburse my money for months, I had to chase them up. Now, I have a slow puncture and have sent various pictures about my tyres over the past few weeks (app notification, dashboard info etc). I am informed I need to go to Halfords, they check over everything and several days later the claim is rejected. I have to go back to Halfords (who have been very helpful throughout) so they can send over further pictures etc. I saved a few quid with having my tyres on this insurance, but it’s so much hassle. In future if I need new tyres I will just buy new tyres, the extra work is not worth any saving I have made. I say saving, currently I’m out of pocket because I haven’t been able to do my 4 tyre claims. Terrible service.
