Hello, does anyone answer the phone!!
It was so easy to get through to someone when you wanted me to extend the warranty, but when I tried phoning to ask a question about a posible warranty claim, I waited over 35 mins and still couldn't get through to talk to someone. I even sent a message, I'm still waiting on a response.

I was informed by the company an earlier date for my repair was available which was helpful. The engineer was polite and informative about the work. When the work was finished I have to say I was impressed. I was told to allow the paintwork time to harden (a week if possible) before washing/polishing etc.
Would definitely recommend Shine.

When the chap arrived he immediately advised exactly what work he would be doing.
Then set to carrying out the work and spoke me through each action carried out. He was a very pleasant young chap and knew his job well.
