Did an excellent job again. This is the second time I've had to use this service. Friendly worker that knew what he was doing. So pleased I took this insurance out. Claim was held in a friendly manner.

A good policy to have for my car
I took this policy out when I picked up my new car from Audi. A few weeks ago I noticed a small scratch/scuff on the front wing. For the repair it was easy to set up the appointment and arrange for the repair work to be carried out at my home. A very professional company came along and did an amazing job, the scuff has now totally disappeared.

Hello, does anyone answer the phone!!
It was so easy to get through to someone when you wanted me to extend the warranty, but when I tried phoning to ask a question about a posible warranty claim, I waited over 35 mins and still couldn't get through to talk to someone. I even sent a message, I'm still waiting on a response.
