Waiting a month and a half for a product, and you don't answer my e-mails.
I live in a very hot climate, using my car every weekday, driving my daughter, expecting the AC part to be delivered. So we suffer a lot.
But any time I tried to contact you (through "contact us", or directly by mail) you just didn't answer.
Update: They inquired TNT/FedEx who lost the package (this product is out of stock now). Wrote Autotech24 another email in order to make the next steps since they didn't contact me back yet.

I didn't receive my order. I guess it was because of the lock down it was lost somewhere. Good thing it was not too expensive
