I had a terrible time with another company...The held my transport fee and had excuse after excuse for a week, as to why I was never picked up... everything from the truck breaking down, to the driver was sick, to the guy simply no showing up. The purest definition of "the run around" EVER!!! THANK GOD I found Direct Expres, after being completely fed up!!! They picked up my vehicle the same day and got it delivered the following day!!! Professional, prompt, and fast!!! I would definitely recommend them, and WILL use them again if ever I need this service. Dina was honest with me, and told me the reason I likely had trouble getting a driver. She was EXCELLENT!

My agent was Jessie on order number 220171. I has to say, this was the easiest experience I have ever had. The cost was more than fair and reasonable ! The driver picked up my son's truck in the middle of nowhere land Kentucky and brought to new Orleans. He was 5 days early, and when he saw that it was a truck for my 17 year old son, he even gave back 20.00 of the final few, and told my son to get a tank of gas on him ! Best company and experience ever !

Great service... the customer rep Jessie was very friendly and answers all my questions very patiently when ever I called. After I placed my order the carrier picked up my car in 3 days and delivered it 4days to SLC. The driver was in constant contact and deliver the car directly to my apartment rather than asking me to come someplace else to pick it up. I will defintly go with direct express auto transport if I ever move again.

Direct Express auto made shipping my car as easy as possible. They shipped my car across the country in a really short amount of time.

Fantastic service by Direct Express auto transportation. I was most impressed by the cost and how fast they reassigned my order (#218887) to another carrier when my schedule did not work with the first carrier. The first carrier had indicated they will ship my car in 24hrs (very impressive! - my thought was it would take 4 days to get to West coast from TN so I planned to travel accordingly!) But when I contacted Direct Express, Jesse was able to get another carrier (DB Transport LLC) same day! They new carrier did a great job and delivered my vehicle as scheduled. I will definitely use this service again.

I found Direct Express Auto Transport by chance on a google search while I was looking for a cheaper shipping option. We purchased a car through a broker on copart and after the sale was told we couldn't pick it up in person so we were scrambling to find a better option than the brokers suggestion. When I came across Direct Express I jumped at the offer I saw online. Not only was it a better price but it also asked more specific information it gave me different shipping options as well. My order number was 219264 and my customer service rep was Jessie. It was a smooth process and I would use them again if needed. The car was picked up on the estimated day but it didn't arrive on the estimated day. That was fine though, it was an estimate and It is winter and road conditions might have been crazy. No problem with me. Everything went smoothly with the transport.

This is the 5th time that I have used Direct Express Auto. Their customer service is wonderful and I have talked to Nicole several times. The logistics business is tough and having someone you can trust and rely on especially when your cars are coming cross-country is imperative. I run an Automotive Consulting company - and Direct Express is my trusted partner.

This company was hundred cheaper than the other leading companies. We got our car quickly and it came cross country. I was skeptical at first since the drivers aren’t really “through the company” but our driver was awesome and kept in regular contact. Our car was assigned a transport truck within 24 hours and the car came over 2,000 miles in less than 3 days. I had a few questions and customer support was friendly and able to quickly answer them. I’d highly recommend and will use this company if I’m ever shipping another vehicle

I really like this company, they were patient and able to explain the transport process to me. I have used them two times in my move from Indiana to Texas. Just recently used them again to move back to Texas. They are efficient and certainly a better bargain than other companies. I was able to get a transport earlier than expected. Give them a try!

Fast friendly and efficient. After we planned for our car to be picked up in California and delivered to Georgia, we were quickly notified of the driver. Since it was over Christmas,we anticipated having to wait until after New Years, but that wasn’t the case. Our car was picked up the very next day and was delivered the day after Christmas. Excellent service! I was confused why people are leaving their order number, and if this was some kind of fraud, but don't worry. This company is 100% legit and service is fast and reliable.
I requested a vehicle delivery from Berkeley, CA to Connecticut on November 6th, and the vehicle was picked up on November, 11th. It took about 10 days to deliver it to the East Coast. So everything went very smoothly!

I've now used this company more than 3 times to ship project vehicles from auctions around the country from NY to Texas. They are technically a broker who bid your route and vehicle to shippers who will pick it up. The process allows flexibility to make transporting your vehicle more enticing to potential shippers by offering a little more money to the drivers--which is a good thing. As long as you understand the process that they are not the actual shipping company, but that they vett the companies to make sure they are insured before dispatching your car, then you have a better understanding of how it all works.
Overall, they are very good at what they do. I love the fact that I can get a quote if i'm looking at buying a car and need to factor in transportation into the equation while making a decision. Incredibly useful tool and a great company to work with in all the times I've used them.
