Good service , quick turnaround , pick up and return delivery efficiently arranged , cannot comment on vfm as not in the industry but a new unit is significantly more than the repair cost and lifetime guarantee is a excellent bonus offered by this company . Brilliant service. The dashboard sent had been supposedly repaired by two other companies previously and had been returned in the same state.
Autotronics kept us up to date with the fault found and possible resolutions, dashboard now refitted in vehicle and works fine. Can't recommend enough

Absolute legendary scam! They state on their website that they can repair a module with the exact number and error code, after they say that nothing is wrong with it, and they return it IN THE SAME CONDITION but still they charge you with £75! What a joke, AVOID!

Fixed the intermittent engine shutdown on VWT5
Had a VW T5.1 with intermittent engine fault
It would drive fine for 10 trips, trip 11 rough start and idle issues, go into limp mode and shut down, wait 5 mins, start the engine and it runs fine again. Been to 3 garages, spent thousands changing sensors, fuel pumps, fault finding. Sent the ECU off, it was away around 2-3weeks. Fitted it back in the van. No more intermittent fault, it also fixed a few other issues like indicator in dash flashing erratically and central locking popping while driving along. Really good service from Autotronics. T5 running perfect again

I was very impressed
I was very impressed, with the service provided by this company.
The repair of my Eis switch was fast and arrived the next day.
Updated when the job was finished and when the item was posted.
Re instaled the switch and so far so good it worked.

Great communication, unfortunately clocks do not work after repair, a little disappointed on return the dame with access and also the clocks now sending code to M/C which closes my exhaust valve (Exhaust vale is free and not corroded).
