Good experience but the car is dirty inside. The car's oil change light is beeping, otherwise it's fine.

Last flight and late in. Rental rep was waiting for me. That is excellent service. Car condition perfect. Simple returns.

I made a reservation with this company through booking.com with full insurance included. when we arrived at the airport in Genoa, we had the unpleasant surprise of being forced to pay another 200 euro insurance from them. I understand that it is a common practice and that we cannot solve anything to recover this money! They are some thieves! Shame!

The car was really comfortable. enough space for 9 passengers. My only recommendation is to put a person to explain you in details the car's instructions: for example, where is located the space to put the gas/diesel ( in this one, I spent 10 minutes trying to find the place) and at the moment of the return, same person will be available to confirm the car's condition. The renting process was extremely simple and the representative (located inside airport) was professional, bilingual and polite.

I booked my car hire through Holiday Autos but on arrival at the kiosk in Genoa I was told this was invalid and had to take out additional insurance. I was told I had an upgrade car but not told I would be charged extra for it. I was unable to fill the car with petrol on return as the garages near the airport were closed. I accept the need to be charged for refilling but the costs were extortionate at 2euros per litre plus tax. Holiday Autos and Autovia are in collusion with one another over the insurance cover and this needs legal investigation.

I had read some poor reviews but decided to take the risk. Delighted I did. Easy booking. Extremely helpful staff on the hire desk, who did not try overly hard to sell us extras Great car upgrade, at a great price. Don’t bother with those poor reviews.

Nice car, received a free upgrade, clean car. Good service at the desk. Just fuel 3/8 on receipt and not 4/8 like reported in the contract. Satisfied with the price.

Excellent service at the airport, picking up and returning the car.

This is the worst company I have rented a car from. I had a problem with the first brake (that's right an item of extreme safety). I warned that I would travel to other cities and they still delivered an “old” vehicle with almost 60,000 miles. I returned the broken vehicle and pick up a new one but with a downgrade, that is, a worse car! I was charged £113.00 to put 3/4 of fuel in a vehicle that wouldn't be £50.00 ie dishonest. Never again and will not recommend to anyone!!!! Bad company!

No wait to pick up and registration was straightforward and quick. Car was fine. No-one in the office on return despite being advertised as open, so just dropped keys in box as flight was due. As this meant no-one checked the car, for peace of mind it would have been helpful to have subsequent confirmation that deposit prepayment had been cancelled.

Very easy... very fast.... very good !!!! Perfect.
