No wait to pick up and registration was straightforward and quick. Car was fine. No-one in the office on return despite being advertised as open, so just dropped keys in box as flight was due. As this meant no-one checked the car, for peace of mind it would have been helpful to have subsequent confirmation that deposit prepayment had been cancelled.

Overall a Good Rental
Initially good experience in hiring an excellent car. On return nobody around to hand back keys or have our car checked for no damage. Rang the telephone number we had been given to be told it was out of service. However happy to use Autovia again but check at the outset the procedure for returning the car

the size of the car and nobody at the parking lot
It is hard to understand what the size is of the car you will get. Unfortunately there is nobody at the parking lot and if there is a problem you need to go back all the way to the terminal to discuss
