Vorsicht bei diesem Ankauf!

Vorsicht bei diesem Ankauf!

Wir haben unser Auto bei Kleinanzeigen inseriert und sofort einen Anruf erhalten. Ohne viel Verhandlung wurde direkt unser Wunschpreis zugesagt. Der Vertrag wurde anschließend per WhatsApp abgeschlossen – leider mit der Klausel, dass wir als Verkäufer nicht zurücktreten können.

Am Abholtag wurde das Fahrzeug plötzlich schlechtgeredet (u. a. falsche Behauptungen zum Zustand), um den Preis massiv zu drücken. Statt des vereinbarten Betrags wurde uns nicht einmal die Hälfte angeboten. Zudem wurde mit Schadensersatzforderungen gedroht, die angeblich über dem Fahrzeugwert liegen.

Der Ankauf tritt bei Kleinanzeigen als Privatkäufer auf, handelt jedoch offensichtlich gewerblich.

Hände weg!!

Das Unternehmen nennt sich auch Autoankauf Langenhagen. Bitte haltet euch fern von diesem Unternehmen. Man wird erpresst und massiv unter Druck gesetzt. Wenn ihr mir nicht glaubt, es gibt noch genügend andere, die die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht und ins Netz geladen haben. Holt euch diese Leute nicht ins Haus! Unterschreibt nichts!!
