A salesman trying to assess my warranty claim could not grasp the most basic of mechanics. Repeating yourself does not make your words any more accurate or alter the laws of physics. They refused to stand over the extended warranty I took out at cost even though everything had been done to maintain the validity. You’d be better to take your well earned money and go buy a car somewhere else, the reduction in used car stock should tell you they are no longer the trusted company they once where.
