Absolute shocked with the terrible service from au still waitin on my June subscription box , being fobbed off about having a refund ai constantly reply’s worst ever to get from and I collect the au glasses but it’s stops now as the customer service is beyond

placing the order and the delivery. It took more than a week to arrive, so don’t plan anything expecting your order to arrive quickly.

I tried to get hold of customer service. They replied to emails very quickly, but every response appeared to be AI-generated, completely irrelevant, and often quite silly. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

That said, if you’re not in a hurry and can wait, the drinks are genuine, and Royal Mail delivery itself is perfectly good.

Ordered a subscription box on 18th of June and it’s still not arrived. It’s almost August. Have asked repeatedly for a refund. When they do eventually answer the emails which isn’t a lot there is always a reason it’s not been dispatched yet. It was the vodka ran out. Then the chilli shot ran out. Then the mango juice ran out. Just give my my bloody refund

Shocking customer experience for retention. Brought an item online that’s was a bucket and cans of drink. The bucket was damaged and not able to be used for its intended use.

Customer services asked me to arrange collection of the damages bucket and cans then they would send a replacement.

We only asked for a replacement bucket, instead I will be out of pocket. The auto ai bot on the customer services email has better manners than the employees.

I would recommend only buying the products for a reseller and not directly.

Not happy,order never recieved,sending email 10 times always the same answer by AI, never more ,problem with refund,not recomended.

My delivery was delayed, however, the AU staff assisted and my shipment finally arrived. I ordered 7/7/26 and received it 7/22/26. Hopefully, it was mishap. I’ve ordered before with no problems.

Ordered all 11 flavours.. 5 arrived as expected, 1 smashed, 1 covered in shards of glass and 4 totally missing. Spoke to customer service and the 4 missing ones were replaced free of charge. I did emphasise that there is one covered in smashed glass, but was told it was cosmetic and wouldn’t be replaced. Otherwise would’ve been 5 stars.

I’ve been waiting for my order for a month and a half. Now that I want to cancel it, they say it’s not possible? They’re scammers!

Took over 3 weeks to get my order had to email to find out where it was and it hadn’t even been dealt with at the warehouse! If I hadn’t contacted them would I ever had received it???

Items were not delivered to my address. They then ask you to contact police via online website. A failed delivery is not a crime, so to be either reimbursed or redelivery, you have to say that a theft has happened as this is the only thing close. The lists are only burglary, hate crime, theft. Then you have to list where the theft occurred. How do I know? This wastes everyone’s time, police included. They want a crime reference number which by the time AU get back to you, the police have close the case down as it’s a civil matter. Won’t order from them again on this basis

Fast delievery great packaging

I gave five stars because of the fast delivery of my order. I haven't used the drink yet as it is to go in the bottom of a dessert for my friends birthday I am making in a few days time. Also in a birthday cake. I shall probably be ordering again in the near future.

After placing on order one evening to having the item delivered to my local post office the filling morning was brilliant and very unexpected. Unfortunately I had forgotten to add the first time buyer discount code for free delivery so after a few emails with ai Olivia got back to me and very kindly refunded the delivery charge for me. I'd like like say how well the glass bottle was packed aswell. Will definitely shop with them again.
