Great customer service. Had a problem with my order and emailed Au. Was sorted promptly and order arrived soon after .

I ordered for next day delivery but got it 2 days later and I brought the limited edition England bottle but the quality of the England sign is very poor quality it looks like they have put to imprints over each other.
This is very poor quality and service which i wouldn't expect from yourselves! 🙁

I’ve shopped with AU vodka numerous times and they have always been pleasant, quick and exactly what I ordered and I’ve now reached silver membership but then I’ve ordered recently and the order just didn’t get dispatched I had to email numerous times as one said it’s ready to go out yet after another few days no further emails, I finally got most of the order 2 weeks later with an item missing and the free shot missing I waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. I’ve now been refunded for the 1 missing item saying no longer in stock but I used my points to get money off which I’ve now lost and was given a £5 voucher for the inconvenience so I’ve ordered said item again but at a £3 loss and also no hot shot free gift. We already get free delivery with silver membership but the voucher made the free delivery void so in all was just a £2 voucher 🙈 hoping item arrives soon as is now saying out of stock again but I have minimal hope. From a once very happy customer

This is very bad this time I ordered a lot on the 6th for next day delivery and for some reason I got half during the week and still waiting on the other half and it will be 2 weeks on Monday and still no updates on when I will get the other half

I spent a lot of money on vodka and accessories and my order with two glasses and supposed to have a bottle in the gift box wasn't there they said it had come separately but I had ordered them two bottles myself then seen a gift box with original vodka but no bottle. I did enjoy the product but feel ripped off and although customer service was nice to me I did feel upset and the just said that they could understand the confusion. But I won't be buying off them again I will now stick to Smirnoff vodka. The customer service should have given me my bottle then I would have stayed with them. Probably something they should have taken in to consideration.

Unprofessional and unhelpful service. Left my order (contained alcohol) at random ,unsecured place. Delivery without to sign in, so every child can order. Didn't take responsibility for lost order. I end up without money and ordered things. Try to contact them so many times - no help at all.
