Ordered a personalized bottle for my daughters birthday , was waiting for the gift but have no confirmation the bottle had been sent, got in contact with them they said it hadn’t been processed because I didn’t give them the personalized message for the bottle (which I did ) but I gave them the message again and they said they would pass the message on and get the order processed straight away waited again still no confirmation after I message a few more times the product was finally sent out and I finally received it 5 days after my daughters birthday

Good experience all way through sale etc only given four stars as delivery service was not good driver never rang doorbell &only found out he had been&gone online so had to wait until Monday (original delivery was meant to be Thursday)despite paying next day delivery
