Beware of AV Finance – A TRULY DEVASTATING AND DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE!

As first-time buyers, we were recommended AHMED from AV Finance by someone we know, and we approached him for help applying for a right-to-buy property with a significant discount from the council. Ahmed was to find us a lender, and initially, he came across as very reassuring and confident that he would assist us successfully.

We acted quickly, submitting all the necessary documents promptly. Ahmed advised us to submit our tax return to show a higher income, which we did exactly as instructed. But then, as soon as all the paperwork was with him, Ahmed completely disappeared. We were left in the dark, worried about what he might be doing with our personal documents and questioning his intentions.

We waited patiently, thinking maybe he was dealing with some issues or simply busy, but we never heard from him after numerous calls and messages.
Eventually, someone named Zia from Ahmed’s office contacted us, saying our files had been passed to him and he would try his best to help. However, by this time, the council had already withdrawn their offer due to exceeding the time limit.

We are devastated — this whole situation has been a nightmare, and we firmly believe Ahmed’s negligence and lack of communication have ruined our future. We feel utterly let down by AV Finance.

PLEASE DO NOT USE AV FINANCE OR WORK WITH AHMED.
We will be sharing our experience widely to warn others about this unprofessional service.

Got £29.000 money Borrowing from you as we are struggling to pay bails for the restaurant and our food margin are just 15 percent and you takes 25 percent back of our sales every day money coming in to our cart machine and before I have being applied for the loan I have being told by your broker that I have to pay back in 2 years and only £3000 means £32.000 return for 2 years I loan from you that was the reason I applied for the loan but now in just 6 weeks you takes halve of the loan back and if I makes clear in 2 more month time then you still charge me £9000 extra just for 3 month borrowing money from you if I knew that you gone takes 25 percent everyday from our sales and £9k extra just for 29k loan I was ready close the restaurant rather then pay you back £9.000 extra for just 3 you are not helping your partner you are a stilling from your partner Rubish and theft company if there was below zero options I definitely I would rate you much much belower zero
