From start to finish Dec has made it so easy for myself and my partner. He has taken all the pressure of ourselves at a time in our lives where everything seemed to be pushing down on us! He was open and honest throughout the whole applications with us, updating us through all of the process and was a key part in getting our mortgage over the line when we really didn’t think that it would happen at one stage!

This was the first time I have had to go through the process of a remortgage application and it could not have been made any easier. Dec took the time to explain the process and provided me with a range of options and explained these in great detail, for someone who knows very little about remortgaging it was made clear and simple.
