Ninja Mitton 

I preordered 2 boxes of One Piece Card Game in July 2022, and the official release date was 02/12/2022.

Three days before the release I wrote them with their website form in order to receive the tracking Link, since they didn't ship anything even if the product should have been delivered in some days.

They answered 2 days before the release saying their excuses because they "couldn't fulfill the order", and they refounded with a Paypal transaction trying to scam me, because they used a paypal account without enough money, and the refound appeared as "temporary suspended". After 3 days they blocked the refound, deleting the transaction, and they removed my order from my "order details" section from their website, so that I couldn't find the invoice or any kind of detail of the order they tried to not refound.

Luckily I had 2 months left for the Paypal guarrancy, so I received my refound by opening a complain through the Paypal resolution center, and they gave me immediately the money.

If the preorder would have been placed some months before, then I couldn't have ask for Paypal's action, and their scam would have worked. Same if I would have paid with other paying methods. Luckily I used Paypal, and I still had the possibility to save me from this scam.

IN ADDITION, I still lost the product since I couldn't receive my order, and now it's not possible to buy it again from other websites since it is sold out.

He had no problem taking payment on Aug 2nd for a case of one piece. Now All I got was an email saying my order has changed and will get a refund. Never explained why the order status changed.

Found out about Ninja Mitten on a facebook group. I was suspicious after reading the reviews. Pete had put a posting about cases for sale on the group. So I replied to him and it turned out it was his business. Pete had no problem communicating well with me with his personal Facebook profile, while his company took my money. Fast forward to me getting the order status has changed email. no explanation was left for why the order status had changed.

After I found out my order status had changed I sent a message to Pete on facebook ( that's how we communicated in the past). After two days of getting ignored he decided to respond on days 3. Then blocked me.

part of his message was." We have emailed you regarding this. Please do not use my personal profile to discuss business again. It's invasive, and we all need time off from work". Well news flash Bud!!!!! don't post on Facebook with your personal profile. don't advertise with your personal profile If you don't want questions and inquiries.

After he was so grateful I supported his small business. There is a reason you wont grow your business acting like that when tough questions are asked by the paying customers. I was definitely right to be Skeptical of Ninja Mitten.

Delivery is always super fast and items are highly recommended 👌

Delivery took a while but after messaging about the delivery they responded within a day... Everything was really well packaged!

I’ve placed a few orders recently and was a little apprehensive at first, having never heard of Ninja Mitton. However I can highly recommend them. Really impressed with the price compared to other places. Delivery isn’t always the quickest but communication is good; after I enquired about a recent delay I received a helpful reply from Pete explaining exactly when stock was due. Thanks very much! I look forward to placing further orders in future.

Tried them twice, never once had a single Item ive ordered and getting a refund has been an ordeal for this recent order, had to get Paypal to step in. Best avoided to save yourself hassle.

1. Item was not fulfilled. This wasn't good. But I can accept this is not totally their fault due to supplier rule change.
2. Delay in refund discussion and action.
3. Actioned refund but the refund didn't clear ... still do not have my money back. Ridiculous.

No communication. No product. No money.

Jokers, wouldn't deal with them again.

Easy to deal with, would have loved the option to use my card rather than PayPal, but that wasn’t an issue. There was a delay on the wholesaler side which Ninja Mitton was very transparent about. Order arrived nicely package and everything was well protected. I will definitely be purchasing from these guys again!

Order came through, as ordered, well packed.
Slight issue on delivery times, though after contacting they sorted it out, so I'm not marking them down for the postal service's issues!

Very quick and helpful customer service when I needed to ask where my order was due to delays with royal mail.

Ninja Mitton were helpful and responded quickly to a message I had sent about my order. They put an item I had ordered on sale and said they would reduce the price of the order to update it to the new price. I would recommend others use them as they deliver great customer service!

Initially I was a little worried about the status of my order, but after I emailed them, I got a VERY quick friendly response reassuring me about my order (there was a small delay in stock) and an accurate estimate of when it would be dispatched.
