Ninja Mitton is a UK based gaming hub for all. We have our own Gaming Cafe in Skegness, Lincolnshire where we host weekly events accessible to new and experienced gamers. Our fully functional kitchen will prepare a variety of delicious food for you, catering for a selection of dietary needs. Our in house gaming library has hundreds of tabletop games available for you to play, as do our video game consoles. Amazing as always, great gaming ideas for all ages, great service and the delivery was perfect. I ordered 2 games for Christmas gifts and they were sent in recyclable packaging which was very robust. Pete is always happy to offer advice and delivery is nationwide. I only wish we lived nearer to take advantage of the onsite cafe. I imagine it won't be long before I am ordering again.

Nothing good to say unfortunately.
Took them nearly a week to process payment with zero correspondence to my email. Took even longer to arrive with no apology. No email to say it was being delivered. Finally when I do get my parcel, the shrink-wrap around my booster box was torn with a Ninja Mitton sticker slotted in the tear. Not OK guys. This was for my sealed collection. Very, very unhappy.

Hi Tom. There appears to be a lot of miscommunication here.
Payment is taken immediately, and we have no power to affect the time a payment is processed at all. It may be that your bank or Paypal account may have delayed the payment coming from your account for some reason.
You emailed on Nov 15th asking what 'awaiting fulfillment' meant, and we replied on Nov 16th to explain, whilst also explaining that whilst the Pokemon brought the release date of Fusion Strike forward one week, they did not send enough stock to fulfill all stores orders. Our stock only arrived on Nov 17th and was shipped to you on the same day.
As for the shrink wrap being torn, we have not done that. It is something that must have happened during transit, and the sticker must have happened to fall into the tear. There is not a lot that can be done about that unfortunately.
When you get a moment, we would appreciate if you could check your Spam folder for the email we've sent (we can forward it to you if you prefer) and get in touch with us at letsplay@ninjamitton.co.uk with any questions you may have. Hopefully then you will see that you have not been ignored, and that we provide a much better service than your initial impression.

Excellent, just one piece of feedback
There was a delay in getting the product to me because of issues beyond their control, but when they were finally able to send it, the shipping was lightning fast and it was perfectly packaged.
Communication was very good, my only feedback would be it took a while for them to get in touch with me about the issues mentioned above, which did worry me as it was my first time buying with them. Sending out a blanket email might help with that in future.
Either way, I was ultimately very pleased and I have already ordered more products with them. Thank you!

First order, great service!
My first order from this company, and it was a great experience. Their prices are some of the best around for card boxes, and they have a lot of stock available, so didn't sell out super fast like other places before I could preorder. My items arrived in good time (despite initial delays due to an issue with the supplier, so nothing on their end), and were really well packaged. They even included cute stickers, which I will be putting onto my card folders.

Kept me informed after a delay in my order
The deck sold out as I purchased it. After messaging to see what had happened I was asked if I still wished to keep my order. After that I was kept informed as to when the deck was coming back in and had it promptly shipped out to me. Absolutely amazing service as always.
