Ninja Mitton is a UK based gaming hub for all. We have our own Gaming Cafe in Skegness, Lincolnshire where we host weekly events accessible to new and experienced gamers. Our fully functional kitchen will prepare a variety of delicious food for you, catering for a selection of dietary needs. Our in house gaming library has hundreds of tabletop games available for you to play, as do our video game consoles. And for those that sadly can't join us for a game, we have our competitively priced webstore where you can get the latest and greatest games at the lowest prices possible. Placed on order for Tales of Aria TCG Booster Box. Paid upon placing, 3 week's later received a refund with no explanation whatsoever and have since been unable to get a hold of one without paying silly prices.

Hi Bradley. I think there has been some confusion as we contacted you via email on Sept 6th. We only put an exceptionally small percentage of our Tales of Aria pre-order onto our webstore to accomodate for allocations, but they were significantly harsher than forecast.
Had Legend Story Studios been able to print more product, or not cancelled their print run for 1st Edition so soon then we would have had other options available. But with this print run ended so abruptly, so best service we could provide was to refund you asap and contact you to inform, which we did on Sept 6th.
We will forward the email we sent to your address so you can see it. Maybe it ended up in your Spam folder the first time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The experience with ninja mitton has been easily 5 star. The website Is easy to use and the gaming cafe in Skegness is well worth a stop for a brew. Pete and his co workers are really helpful and are happy to answer any question with the passion you would expect from the gaming community.

I have dealt with ninja mitton for quite sometime. They have been excellent in terms of service, time, response, and delivery.
The last time i ordered from them unfortunately the package was lost by royal mail through no fault of their own.
However they were kind enough to follow up and offer a very much acceptable solution.
