This company is a scam - I purchased shoes and they gave my a big long bogus shipping order. I chased them for 5 months and they kept saying that the shoes had left the wharehouse. Finally a very poor quality pair of shoes arrived - have put these in the bin. Don't buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Extremely poor quality for what you pay. Nothing like what is advertised. Cheap and nasty!!!!!!

Terrible experience!
My order was delayed, and after waiting as instructed, I was told their store had closed—meaning no refund or exchange. Instead, they offered me a discount to spend more money with them. Absolutely unacceptable!
Avoid this company at all costs. Fake store

This store is fake, the products are cheap and nothing like the pictures. I bought a white linen dress and it's so awful I also bought a leather bag and it is so cheap looking I would never wear it.
Emailed the company to tell them I wanted to return them and they said the store is closed however I would be welcome to purchase from the online store for 70% discount (what a joke). This website is fake. WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! $220 dollars down the drain.

The customer service is non-existent. I have written 4 times to get an answer as to where my order is at and I have not received anything. I will never buy from this site again. I think it is a fake website. DO NOT ORDER from this website.

I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered 3 pairs of shoes , that took over 5 weeks to arrive . I was shocked at the quality of materials and workmanship. Not worth the money I paid . One pair didn't fit, when I tried refunding it, they gave me so many excuses why I might not be eligible for the refund .. I ended up throwing the pair of shoes, rather than deal with a disgusting company that does the opposite of what they advertise . I know better now not to allow myself to be caught up in a company like this.

Very bad quality, I ordered 2 dresses because they looked so nice in photos but they were awful very poor quality, I didn't even bother to contact the company because its's a not even worth my time.

The website advertises "Melbourne" when its actually "China". The website photos are amazing, the stuff you receive is far from it. Different material and style to photos on website. Never again will I allow myself to get sucked in by these dishonest, disgraceful online shops. I paid $80 for a dress that is worth $5.

Waited for a month with continuous emails. Which they did reply to. Finally arrived but what an inferior product it was. Vinyl not leather like they advertised. Was not in melbourne but in China. So disappointing. No way of returning the item as the refund bar does not work. Have emailed them.

If I could give zero stars I would for all the same reasons as the other reviewers. I brought two pairs of shoes 3 December 2024 and received lots of excuses for each time I followed up on my order and to this very day have not received anything. Do not buy from this place.

Terrible quality shoes. After placing the order over 4 weeks ago I received a part order of only 2 pairs of Shoes (order was for 6 pairs) and they are really bad quality and disgusting. What a rip off.

Now the process of trying to return and get a refund!!! Could not get the return form from the link to work- now waiting for them to get back to me.

Not worthy the products for the money. Discount price but still $70 per shoes?, at least expected a better quality.
I wish people already warn this earlier.

The products came from China, not in Melbourne, made by cheap quality, which worst than TEMU or SHEIN.

Do not waste money on this.

Run away fast, don’t click, don’t buy from here. This site looks like a classy Melbourne boutique but clearly is not and I received tracking from some random delivery service Yuntrack. The item I ordered is coming from China although mine has been ‘ item received for processing’ for over 2 weeks. Clearly some sort of scam none of the links work on their webpage eg. I tried clicking on returns. I wish I had read the other reviews here before falling for their last day of sale that has been for over a week now. Lesson learned! I hope you do not order from this site. I do not think I will ever see the dress and judging by the other reviews I probably don’t want it anyway as it’ll be cheap rubbish.

I ordered a dress for my mother that was on sale. Packaging was nice with their logo on it and the dress seems to make my mother happy so I can recommend this brand!

After ordering what I thought to be quality shoes, from a classy looking website for a company I believed to be located in Melbourne, I was sadly disappointed when the shoes arrived. They were too short in length. I am usually size 41, I bought one pair in 41, the other in 43, and neither fit. The quality it garbage, they are very cheap knock offs. The website states that full returns are accepted within 14 days, yet so far my emails have been replied with evasion tactics, and subtle threats regarding the possibility of the items being destroyed in the post and not being eligible for a refund. I am now reluctant to give them any more of my personal details should they ask, as I'm worried my details will be stolen or sold on. Their website appears very misleading. I recommend avoiding like the plague.

Don't be fooled. Took my money and apparently dress was in stock. Sent a false shipping report and then got an email saying that they are having stock problems. SCAM! Asked for a credit no reply!
