Very professional and good service. Hopefully this will continue when I die.

Andy visited us at our home in Almeria in lSpain, and explained how the plan works for us both in Spain and the UK.
After answering questions he left us to choose what we wanted with absolutely no pressure to commit.
We had researched before he came and had decided on the basic plan, but on reflection and with his helpful answers to our questions we decided on the next level up because it is what will work best for our family.
Highly recommended as a company as they are totally up front and transparent as to what they offer.

The information given was thorough and precise. We decided to take our
Funeral Plan with Avalon mainly because we had the choice of being cremated in the UK or Spain.

A single phone call arranged for Jay to visit us. Well explained and discussed with us! Once discussed with our family Jay revisited us and the relevant documentation was completed and financial payments made!! Well done Jay!!

Very easy to deal with from first contact.
The different options were well described in terms of their respective features and benefits. There was no hard sell.

I felt everything was clearly communicated, l was able to ask questions and received clarity on my raised points. I had no hesitation in taking the plan at that point.

I was called by Mike Stokes the day after my mum passed away and I was in pieces and all over the place. Mike has an unbelievably calming voice and went through the whole process in a way that made it very easy to understand. The whole process is very overwhelming but I am so glad that it was Mike that called me. Thank you Mike on behalf of my family for what was a very tough time for us all

I had a very satisfying experience with this company. The members of staff I spoke with were very informative of their product, with particular emphasis on the most satisfactory service received from my Consultant "Gavin Paskin." His knowledge and clarity in explaining all options available, whilst answering all my questions with compassion, allowed me to make a confident decision.

The meeting with Mike Thornton at our home was very clear and informative. The different plans available were explained in a relaxed manner with no pressure to sign up. Payment options are perfect and the Life locker is a great idea.
After a few days we had a phone conversation with Mike where our questions were answered clearly, after which we were happy to sign up to our preferred plan.
Customer services were very helpful and payment was very straightforward.

My mum died unexpectedly, her neighbour was assisted by police to find her peacefully in her bed. Avalon was in touch within 4 hours and has been exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout the last 2 weeks. The celebrant Sonia and all staff at the Tanatorio were fantastic, the service and preparations beforehand went very smoothly. Our request to accommodate 5 songs was met and the photos we gave were prepared into a wonderful montage of our mum. Thank you, I couldn't recommend Avalon enough. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🕯🕊
