It was very comforting, personal, and reassuring.
The staff were friendly from booking an appointment to actually purchasing a plan. There was no pressure as to what plan you purchased just information on each one.
The politeness, and helpfulness of the staff. Their ability to console the bereaved in such a manner that, they feel comfortable to express themselves fully. The staff's knowledge goes a long way to making the bereaved know that they have chosen the correct funeral directors. The staff maintain a calming atmosphere which is important. Overall, a pleasant experience, under the circumstances.
My husband and I did funeral plans online. It was so simple and only took me about 15 mins to do each one. We are also dojng our wills with the co op that was easy to do too. Just waiting for our video call to wrap it up.Very happy that we have got everything sorted. Highly recommend and far cheaper than local companies.

I took my plan out over the phone. I was listened to, which enabled me to choose the right plan for me.

March 2026, My mum was picked up from my property. I was quoted a price, (confirmed no price increase later). Not a single phone call or email for over a week from Co-op Funeralcare? I was told by a manager they would not uphold my quote price as it was not in writing and they had no one with the names in their offices? My quote increased another £400? After lengthy emails they offered to refund me £100. I would be very careful when dealing with this company they we’re dishonest and disgusting with the way I was treated at a very difficult time.
It was very easy to arrange a funeral plan.

Very easy to understand. Expert conversation over the phone then bought policies for us both on line and able to pay by credit card. Took about 10 minutes to complete forms on-line.

I was quite anxious about choosing my mother’s funeral package, she has Alzheimer’s and can no longer do it for herself. Fortunately mum had written what she wished for before her disease progressed so with Zoe’s caring, kind and helpful guidance I was able to with ease.
