Didn’t find it easy
The communication was disjointed between sales and policy planner. It wasn’t an easy process, my Nan and I found the conversation with the sales woman stressful and there were points in the conversation that she was rude.

My experience with Co-op Funeral care…
My experience with Co-op Funeral care was very helpful to make my choice from a few other companies. Co-ops representative was extremely helpful and spent time explaining everything. After our discussions I made my choice of the Co-op reasonably quickly. My funeral plan was completed and finalised to my satisfaction.

The plan was made easy for us to understand and the person helping us was so kind and helpful to us as first time steps not knowing what to do at the age of 71 it was a great help for us to know we were in safe hands

Excellent company
Excellent company. My mother, father and other family members all used this company and they were excellent. Which is why I am using them for my funeral arrangements. So far they have been very prompt, friendly and accommodating I would recommend.

Exceptional professional support
I had the arrangements for my wonderful Mother's funeral taken care of by Co- op funeralcare in Jarrow. All of the staff were very supportive from the beginning until the very last stages. They most certainly went beyond their normal realm of help. The process was never going to be easy for me but with their dedicated support, it helped immensely with my grief.
I would like to thank all that were involved in the arrangements and the funeral cortege. Special thanks to Audrey, Allison for their personal support and the funeral director Craig who was so professional,went above and beyond what I expected. God bless you all. Thank you 🙏

Pre booked funerals
The whole experience of pre booking a funeral was made so easy. Time was taken to explain the individual plans and options available with room for personal wishes being taken into account. Would highly recommend Co-op to all. Lyndie was very kind and patient throughout.

Joanne from the failsworth co op branch went all out to help us as a family she was very warm helpful understanding she explained everything as we said my partner who had sadly passed away wanted a direct cremation. The service I received from The Co-op…
The service I received from The Co-op funeral care in Rustington West Sussex was very professional. The Team member Kirsty showed compassion and went through every step of the journey I was trying to organise for my late partner.
It’s a very upsetting time trying to get things done but Kirsty always greeted me with a smile and reminded me she would always be there for me on this journey. A true professional Co-op staff member. Thank you so much🩷X
