Out of stock on the HP953XL ink cartridges and could only sell me two of the four ink cartridges needed which was disappointing as I lost the benefit of the 25%. Didn't have Cyan and Magenta and now my HP 8720 printer will not print without Cyan and Magenta. The salesman told me he had no idea when fresh stock will arrive and wholly failed to offer to get back to me when they did come in. I am a senior solicitor now working from home and may have purchased a considerable amount of stationery from Avansas and could have recommended them to my clients. What a complete shambles!
