Avant opened their doors to me about 5-6 months back with a small 300 credit line. 1/2 year later i was on a financial need and they helped me with a loan of $10,000 to consolidate my debt and able breath from bills. They were a huge help and I am greatful to them.

I was taxed 9.99% on an "application fee" when a page or two before the agreement, the screen clearly showed me that I would have $0 in fees due to "My Special Offer"

Very negative experience with this credit card company. Always on time with payments and then they send email after email claiming I’m past due. I’ve already provided proof of payments and they say I’m 2 payments behind. This companies tactics are very unethical attempting to ask for multiple payments this month. They’re getting what I owe every month and that’s it! They can kick rocks and piss off when I pay this card off.

Excellent service and a serious company, this is the reason because I reapplied with them for a new loan.

When I seen the load it said there was no load fee the I take the loan then you take 600 bucks out kinda messed up

Very easy to apply and received funds fast. Easy to refinance and was able to get extra funds for moving expenses quickly. Easy monthly payments

Very unhappy with this company!! Cannot see my balance, statements or anything online and the customer services has been so unhelpful. I haven't had any issues prior until it came time to activate a new credit card. Now all of a sudden my information disappeared and I keep getting the run around for about a month. Ridiculous. I am so frustrated and now I have to escalate this issue, and close my account.

Avant gave me an opportunity to help fix something with a loan. Was easy to apply and then get an instant answer. Thanks

Strict 14 day waiting period for customer service no way to get it sooner on longer. Do not let you dispute transaction on statement. Worst card company I have dealt witb

Missing check! Customer service representatives put you on hold and you can’t speak to a supervisor right away. I received back to back calls both yesterday and today asking for the same details. The funny thing is that my last payment was in November and it didn’t even take a week to clear the check and now a check is missing for 3 weeks now. My advice is to skip this and other cards that the name is not a familiar one. Credit cards like these don’t fix your credit but cause more problems.

Avant customer service is the rudest most unhelpful company. I have informed all my employees not to apply. I contacted the finance company of this card webbank. Noone would help me make payments as I was out of the country for work. We tried 3 different ways to pay .their convoluted logic helps noone. So sorry I got this card. Most aggressive cs .

Easy application and willingness to extend credit in real time and once my credit score showed an improvement they sent me a very decent offer for a credit card:)
