A total Rip off
I wanted to extend my policy by one day and was told there would be an additional charge of £200. They then did me a special offer of £163. I have never been so annoyed by their customer service and find their charges absolutely ridiculous. Please do not try and amend your policy!!! First and last time I would ever use them.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with us and the premium to add another day. I don't have any information to be able to check on this for you.
Your policy is priced per insured day and there are many factors involved in the pricing, such as, they type of policy purchased, the region you are travelling to, the age of the traveller/s and their pre existing medial conditions.
Your policy should run from the day you leave the UK until the day you arrive back in the UK. My apologies for any frustration caused.
