Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, Due to my mum having an accident I changed the date of a holiday already booked
So I then needed to change the date and some health information on a travel policy already purchased from Avantigo.
The customer service assistant was so helpful after answering a few questions and a call back, The date on the policy was changed and the medical information updated. My mum can now recover from her injuries and look forward to her holiday later this year. Only had to pay a small fee to make changes to the policy.

Easy to negotiate site. Probably good value but dont know why insurance companies do this at this stage because the proof of satisfaction will only apply if a claim becomes necessary.
