NO ORDER SHOWED UP, No communication, no correct contact number in process of trying to sort things out with Klarna as store has not replied to emails.

Order hasn’t arrived a week and a half later

Order some products and it took over a week to arrive. I understand it was over Easter weekend but it still took more than the 24hrs I paid for it to arrive. It got dispatched on a Tuesday didn't arrive until Friday. I emailed then twice to ask about this and have yet to receive a reply. Poor customer service.

Took over 2 weeks to prepare my order, their website never told me when it was ready for for the full time it just said that they were processing my order, I sent them 4 emails trying to get an update or just any idea of what was going on and I never got a reply. Worst service I have ever had when purchasing online

Ordered here and got 2nd class delivery, it took them 5 days to email me to say 1 vape juice was not in stock, they asked if i wanted to replace it or cancel the order so i asked if they could replace it, no reply after that. My order was never sent so i emailed them 3 times to ask where is my order, and then gave up asked to cancel my order because i got what i needed in that time somewhere else. (They did cancel my order in the end) Avoid! Nearly 2 weeks of waiting, bad customer service!!

Joke of a fraudulent company! Wouldn't let me cancel even after them not shipping for two weeks when I paid for next day delivery! Ignored numerous emails and the number on their website is a fake number. Sent the item over two weeks late to which point I no longer need it and I don't trust that they will honor a refund should I try and send it back AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Absolutely garbage company. DO NOT SHOP HERE. ordered my goods, 1st class tracked. A week ago and they have still not been sent out. Emailed a few times, no response. Telephone number provided is a dead line. So one more time... DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Never received order... After weeks of trying to contact I finally got a response saying there was a technical issue so they offered me a refund...1 month later still no refund and not responding to my emsils....wouldn't recommend this site toy worst enemy..

very good customer experience from start to finish

Product ordered 27th Aug with express delivery, product shipped on 7th Sept. Phone number on the website is not in service and a request to refund the expedited delivery has fallen on deaf ears with no response at all.

Last time I order through this company.

wrong item sent, no response to emails and phone number listed online is disconnected. Finally heard back from the after replying to a promotional email. I was told I would be sent the correct vape, this never happened and have been unsuccessful in making contact again. I'm sure they are OK if you visit in store but if you order online and something goes wrong you will regret your decision to shop with them. I returned the wrong product and I'm still waiting for the correct one to be sent as you told me it would be 4 weeks ago. Loving how you reply with lies, trying to make people look like they are unreasonable, knowing full well responding is not an option.
