I purchased a Vaporesso Swag 2, with a battery and the device does not work. I have requested a refund and still have not received even an acknowledgement to this at all? Will never buy from again.

We sent you a replacement battery as you thought the battery was faulty which you emailed to say that it arrived 2 days ago.
You claimed the fault on Thursday too.
A refund and returns label will be generated on Tuesday as our staff do not work the weekends or bank holiday.
This has been explained to you in an email.
Please if you feel you need to leave a 1 star review be factual as what you have written is very unfair.

Could be a really good shop but
I ordered a mod with batteries on March 25th and opted to use Klarna. Heard nothing about the order until today (April the 7th) despite the fact I had emailed and messaged via social media accounts to cancel the order and never heard a reply. The number on the website was of no use either. Their prices aren’t competitive and their customer service skills are appalling. The only good thing I can say is about the Klarna option.
