What a joke! 👎 0/10

What a joke! I sent my wife what I thought would be a big beautiful bouquet of tulips with greenery. What she got was the saddest excuse for flowers I have ever seen! I could have bought her nicer flowers at Trader Joe's for $8.99. I paid $110 for an absolute rip off. When I called to make a claim that the flowers didn't match what I paid for, I got an response saying a ticket was made for my claim and someone would call me. Well a week later no one has reached out and I have 8 dead tulips. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

For others buying, you should be aware that there is an undisclosed 30% service fee added to the cost shown online. It only shows up after you do the order in the final bill.

Avoid

I ordered flowers for a friend recovering from an operation. They delivered the flowers with a Happy Birthday balloon. They also made substitutions that looked absolutely nothing like the picture online. The final arrangement wasn’t worth the price. Customer service is non responsive. Avoid.

Surprised and shocked at the cost and deliverable.

Surprised and shocked at service charge of $25.00. Wasn't made aware of it until the order was put through. Then the flowers were received and they were nothing like the picture. Empty, small, and definitely not as colorful. Then when I reached out to discuss, I was automated out of the system and received an email giving me a choice of return (which is kind of hard since it was for a remote loved one who was ill) or take a small return which barely mattered due to the huge service fee. I mean really $39.00 flowers that ended up being over $75.00. LUDICROUS!!!!!

Some companies simply conceal their service fees in the cost of the flowers, in addition to charging a delivery fee. At AVAS, we prefer to keep it separate so that you know exactly what you are paying for at the final step of the web checkout. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It is our mission to make all customers' online ordering experiences as seamless as possible. The final cost of a purchase is largely dependent on a lot of factors, including the destination, applicable taxes, and the day and date of delivery. This makes it challenging to provide the total before collecting all the relevant information. To ensure that the customer's expectations are set correctly, we state throughout Steps 1 (Delivery Info) and 2 (Billing Info) that tax and fees will be calculated once the addresses and delivery date are confirmed.

After addresses and delivery dates are filled in on Steps 1 and 2, we can calculate any relevant costs outside the product total. Step 3, the ""Review & Place Order"" section of our online cart, allows customers to enter a coupon code they may wish to include. This section displays the total, including tax and fees. Horrible experience with this company

Horrible experience with this company. Ordered a floral arrangement online. They emailed that there was a problem with the delivery. The reason: they didn’t have the specific flowers I ordered and they couldn’t get them in time to deliver. After a very frustrating day dealing with their automated voice response system, I was finally told by a sales rep that she would create a ticket for me. They called but their number was identified as spam and would not allow the call. I finally reached a customer service person via a chat and email reply request. Only to hear that the delay was my fault for not answering their calls. I had to tell the caller more than 5 times to cancel my order and refund my money. This place is a SCAM! Beware and do not order anything from them.
