Awful company no response on emails no product no confirmation email but they take your money

I have been waiting for a case for over 5 weeks .I have emailed them on several occasions but kept getting phobbed off .I have asked for full refund this is the response I got .. . ..

The item that you ordered is a great product but at the moment it is only available for pre order. It should take between 2 weeks for the item to become available. In the meantime your order has been placed on hold.

Now all this shows me is they have taken my money under false pretences. I was given a tracking number when I purchased and they said it would be delivered 7-14 days. They are taking money for stuff they don't have .avoid at all costs

Was going to order one of these case's, but after reading reviews I've decided not to. Sounds to dodgy to me.

Terrible company avoid at all costs. I ordered an item from them which didn’t arrive after around three weeks. I contacted them to ask for an update. They said by email the item had been discontinued and a refund would be sent , allow 7 to 10 working days to reach my account. After about two weeks I contacted them again as I had not received a refund. They said they would contact the refund department , a week gone by still no refund and my third email to them now requesting it has just been sent.

Would rate one star if I could. AVOID!!!! Case turned up faulty didn’t state it was coming from USA they won’t refund unless I return even thought I have sent pictures. The return postage is £10.95, case was £24.99. What an absolute con. Should have read the reviews beforehand

Despite being a .co.uk website the products ship from Newyork USA. They really do not make this clear. Very deceptive.

Never received my goods. Promised a refund. Still waiting two months later.

avoid at all costs I've sent 3 email to say they've sent me the wrong coloured case
and still no reply

The case I ordered was defective. I contacted them and they said they would send a new one. This one was also defective. I requested a refund as two cases in a row were faulty and they said they would issue a refund and it would be with me within 10 working days. I sent the faulty cases back to New York. However, the refund never came. I have messaged them several times since and they keep saying they will "forward my order number to the refund department". Obviously the "refund deparment" doesn't exist. Very dissapointed. £30 is actually a lot of money to me. Over 3 hours of working for me. This company steals from people. Do not buy anything from them.

Absoutle shocking company sent me the complete wrong item even thoe the ticket says black in the order they sent pink and blaming it on me the fact they won’t even send me the correct item is embarassing will never buy from these again!

Ordered a case for a s20 plus,within 5 minutes was sent the receipt for the order. It said a s20 ultra case rather than a s20 plus case.
I then immediately emailed the company telling them off the error and was told I ordered a case for a s20 ultra and that was it!.
This blatant theft took place within 15 minutes off ordering the case!.
HA!HA!HA!.
Pathetic but actually laughable customer service.
I wish I had read the company reviews before ordering but lesson learnt as according to the reviews this is quite common with these Highaay robbers.

avoid this company if you want to get your item fast..i did the mistake to order something from them at 06.12.2022 and i am not sure that i will get the item this year..this is because is the item is not in Uk and it must shipped from United States..

Customer service is non existent.
This is NOT a UK company. It's based in New York.
Ordered a case 16th Sept 2022, received a few days later. Case was defective. Sent it back to supplier at own cost (they won't pay postage even though case was defective).
Argued with them about postage (to New York) and they are not communicating any more!.. No refund received.
"UK" in their name is a lie!

WARNING avoid this company at all costs do not buy anything from this
dishonest company they are not UK based you will not receive the item, when challenged you will be told 6 week delivery time request a refund no chance AVOID be warned.

Well a case finally arrived however wrong case received i ordered black and bright neon Blue arrived

I ordered a case to be shipped internationally to the UK. After 13 weeks the product hasn't arrived and asked for a full refund which took many emails to finally action.

After 10 business days the refund still hasn't reached my account and the customer service has been truly abysmal

No phone number to contact them, messaged immediately to cancel as just moved house and had accidently used address on Apple Pay which was incorrect over 24 hours later they say it’s dispatched so nothing they can do.

Zero communication. Avoid.

If I could give a zero stay rating, I would. I order a purple case but received a black case and was told I could keep the black case and call back in 3 weeks to check the status of my purple case. I was also told they did not know why there were colors being offered on the site as the only color they currently offered was black but they should have more colors in 3 weeks. That was February 24, 2022. I have called back have called every 3 weeks since then and still get the run around. This company is awful and does not care about customer service they just take your money, throw up their hands, and say not my problem, we already have your money. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company! Not UK based at all - is very misleading. After chasing was told it had been back ordered, so I asked to cancel my order. This was refused. Have been told its now been shipped but no updates 4 weeks later and no tracking number given. Massively annoying!!
