ordered new case from them and was never informed about stock issues at the time of order. We think this is some type of scam as they issues and automatic DHL tracking number that didn't seem to go anywhere.

Excellent product. Delivery time unexpected but no problem
I wasn't aware they were outside of the UK when purchasing. This was the only complaint I had in the process as I was unaware that it would take a little while for the product to arrive.
That being said £1.99 for delivery from the US is not going to be quick.
It took exactly 2 weeks to arrive and DHL tracking was received throughout. There are a lot of pauses as it slowly makes its way through processing points but arrived it did.
Very pleased with product.

Total waste of time and money.
I ordered an iPhone 12pro case and was delivered a 12 case. Totally their fault as the invoice in the delivery said 12pro. Sent it back and had it tracked. Cost me over £10 to send back. They will not refund the cost of the shipping back despite it being 100% their fault. Seems like some sort of scam. The company is based in the USA so delivery takes weeks. The “UK” in their title is misleading. A total waste of money and time.

"F" Better Business Bureau Rating-Beware
This firm uses the same address and info as Punkcase and distributes the same product. They send the wrong product and make you pay for return shipping. This firm has an "F" Better Business Bureau rating and deserves it. Buyer beware.

Wrong case received
I ordered a case for an iPhone 12 Pro but the one they sent me is for an iPhone 12 which is useless to me. Whoever packaged it didn't even bother checking what the actual order was and sent me the wrong one. Avatar case is not actually based in the UK but somewhere in the US. It has been very hard to get hold of them. I wish I bothered to do a little research before buying from them but it is too late now.

Do not order from this website or the .co.uk version it is total nonsense! I have ordered a case (company details are same as punkcase.com) and not recieved it, i am trying to get a hold of them and am having the run around! They imply they are uk based but are not! They will take your money and you wont get a product!!
