Have used Aveley Conveyancing Limited on 3 seperate occasions and have always found them to be extremely efficient and professional.

We have been really impressed in all our dealings with Aveley. I particularly like the way they are knowledgeable, prompt and always on the ball - quite different to the norm comparing with some in the field. We have also recommended Aveley to our children with their first purchases.

I expected more based on past experience in the way of what I thought was a standard service. Many things I expected were extra with an added fee.eg I had no information re an approved development opposite the property other than that there was to be one. It was implied that I could find out what it was by going to the planning office myself. I found out the flood risk for myself, as it was a flood plain. I think everything was done legally but building certificates were not included I had to get them from the developer. By selling and buying with the same conveyancer I expected an all in deal but each transaction was charged separately. Had I known before hand I would have bought using an agent nearer to the property being bought from one with local knowledge. I will next time. It was OK but not a great service compared with the last time I bought 25yrs previously..
