My product was out of stock

I ordered my favourite product, Be Curly, in 2 x 200ml sizes and one small size. Unfortunately the large container was not in stocks and you returned my payment, thank you. However, I would have thought that your system for orders would have informed me that the item was out of stock before I made my payment.

Good customer service

Ordered two shampoo a few months ago but only realised they sent me conditioner by mistake. They kindly posted out the correct items with no fuss despite the length of time since the order. They did request a picture of the incorrect items which was fair enough.
