I have used Avensys for many of my home AV products over the years, they are my go to store!
A small independent family run business who are truly passionate in all things AV, along with great pricing too. Staff are extremely knowledgeable with the products in store. Service received from team Avensys knocks the socks off the big stores.

I recently purchased a TV from Avensys, and while the first unit was unfortunately faulty, the team handled the situation exceptionally well. They arranged a replacement quickly and professionally, and the new TV arrived in perfect condition.

The service throughout was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Avensys. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free TV purchase.

The home installation team are true experts in every sense of the word. On time, professional, friendly and respectful of my home, and they know much more about systems connectivity than all previous EE and Sky “experts” combined. All the technical problems were resolved so effectively with no fuss or delay. An exceptional Customer Experience!

Had the same problem twice with a faulty microwave door and each time the staff were polite, helpful and professional, arranging for collection and delivery very quickly. Thanks to Scott on the shop floor and Ross, who listened and sympathised even though he was from a different department.

Well we needed to get our non smart system working again and we needed help sorting out the Panasonic units+ blue ray unit and to get the screen picture to improve
So we contacted Avensys, they sent 2 experts to reset the whole system and to relabel everything so that we could understand the what why and how.
They are brilliant technicians and finished the job promptly.

Ordered my 2nd sony walkman from amazon in a week; first came through letter box in an amazon letter shaped cardboard package, 2nd from this company in cardboard box overkill, c. 8"x6"x6", needing royal mail to leave card and re-deliver, and work for me. Splash out, Avensys, on an appropriate pack for this highly popular machine and kill the attendant headache.

Purchased a Bosch microwave on their amazon store. As soon as it arrived I knew something was off, the packaging was ripped and taped back up and the microwave has definitely been used before. I then proceeded to plug the appliance in to find that it doesn't even come on. Faulty and possibly used item was shipped out to me. I proceeded to contact them and I was asked to return the item but I decided to cut my losses rather than going through the hassle. I then get another message asking if I still want to return using an alternative way and whether I can amend an amazon review I left. I proceeded to tell them that my opinion hasn't changed and therefore the review won't either and I will only amend if I get a refund. Now this is when I get an intimidating message accusing me of blackmail. I am surprised these clowns are allowed to sell on amazon.

Hi, I bought a lot of Ridge Monkey camping products from the camping arm of this company, Ocean Trail, at the NEC in February. Unfortunately one of the products, the Grilla barbecue, didn’t work. Ocean Trail did all they could to help. They first sent a replacement part, and yet we still couldn’t get it to work. They then arranged collection - at their expense. Having got it back they got it working, but no problem, still offered me a refund, which I accepted as I had lost confidence in the product by then. An absolutely awesome company, with the most amazing customer service. Lee and Scott I don’t know who you are, we’ve never met, but you are both a credit to your company!

My parents have just received excellent service from Avensys. They went in on Monday to look at TVs after being disappointed with the service they received from a large retailer. They were looked after really well and the tv was delivered and set up the next day. Thank you so much

Fantastic team of people both in-store and fitters who visit to install their products. Installation always quick and efficient.

Absolutely superb customer service and staff were very knowledgeable. A local company definitely worth a visit when buying home electrical goods.
