I ordered my glasses on December and…

I ordered my glasses on December and still have not received my glasses despite the fact that I paid for quick delivery. Further there is no tracking number for my shipment to check the status. I wanted to use them for my nieces graduation tomorrow 😩

couldn't be happier with this…

couldn't be happier with this purchase.I never tried the expensive ones but these have great quality, clear pictures and videos. The surround sound could be a lil louder however it's just right in quiet settings. I'm very happy

STAY FAR AWAY from this company

STAY FAR AWAY from this company. After dozens of emails two fake tracking numbers and filling complaint of fraud with my bank, This has been the worst purchase experience Ive made shop.pay should remove them from their platform. I paid for faster shipping ordered back in the the fir week of November. 2 weeks went by and nothing, so I reached out to support and they responded about 3 days later saying they will look into my order. Then they respond a week later stating they are escalating my order and notify of the an update and to look out for a tracking number. The next day I seek a tracking number on my USPS account. So I'm thinking all is good just to wait. Another week goes by and the tracking number still said awaiting pick up multiple times and dates and I notice the facility changed. Reached out to USPS and they said either the tracking number is invalid or the item has never been prepared. Reached back out to support and they have not responded to any of my emails since and that was 3 weeks ago. Contacting my bank for fraud dispute. Still no updates or contact from them! again...STAY AWAY!!!

I lost my clear lenses and…..

I lost my clear lenses and I e-mailed the customer service people to see if I could get a replacement pair. Everyone was fast to respond my questions and guided me step by step to what I needed. I was even able to upload my prescription and my lenses will cover all my needs. Thanks

This company is garbage

This company is garbage. I was charged extra for cases and never got a refund. I initiated a return within the 30 days because of a shitty battery life and they strung me along with a response once a week. I was then asked to submit a video on why I wanted to return the glasses. I never had to send an audition video in order to return a product.

My name is Johnny X my order number is #63173 Aventa customer service is just a bunch of AI bots with automated messages. I would rather be frustrated talking to a human being in India or the Philippines

I ordered early October

I ordered early October, I received an email with tracking information October 19th…the tracking has not updated. It’s December and the tracking has not updated and I have not heard anything. Multiple emails and attempts to reach them with no avail.

This is a scam company!

This is a scam company. They fake ship the product so you get a tracking number but in fact, there is no item. I contacted USPS and they said the label was never paid therefore, there is not actual shipment being sent.

Do not buy anything from them! I filed a chargeback with my CC, and will also file a report with the BBB and FTC.

Bad company

At least some of these other people got their glasses. I never received mine because they “didn’t put enough postage” on the package and USPS seized it. Aventa claims they can’t give me a refund until they receive the item back. Well it’s not my fault I didn’t get the package in the first place! Such scammers. Avoid at all cost.

Item Ordered Oct 4, Never Received

Ordered October 4th. Never received, zero support from customer service. I filed a complaint with Shopify, Aventa finally replied to my emails.

They'd be more helpful if they kept ignoring my emails.

Great glasses

Great glasses. Guys just be patient up to a month to be delivered. I ordered mine with prescription and it came exactly as I did. I love all features in it and I'm impressed of AI and translator how fast and precise. Videos and photos are very 👍. Definitely, recomanding others.

Worst customer service ever

Avoid at all costs. They are scammers. They sell you the product but the product arrives very late and is defective, worthless. And when you try to return them and contact them the customer service is inexistent. Takes forever to answer. Its been 3 months and I haven’t been able to return them yet. Crazy. Terrible experience with them. I would never ever buy from them.
