I got in touch with Savas after a recommendation. He then kindly put me in touch with his business partner martin. I was letting my flat out and I needed a tenant fairly quickly, after speaking with martin he came round the following day to market the property within three days I had a tenant. The whole process has been so quick and efficient I couldn’t recommend enough ! Ryan has also been super helpful to and speedy with any queries I had, I will definitely be using them again.

Avenue Estates recently acted on our sale and we can’t recommend them enough. They were extremely proactive and the communication was 10/10. Savas is very friendly and professional, and it’s very clear he is excellent at what he does! We couldn’t be more grateful. If we find ourselves moving again, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Savas at Avenue Estates did an amazing job selling my house. The photos were really professional and the property sold much faster than we expected, especially in what’s been a pretty tricky market.

Even though the chain itself wasn’t long, it was a complicated to get sorted and the communication throughout was spot on. I always felt kept in the loop and knew exactly where things stood.

We chose Avenue Estates as we were impressed reading their reviews. At first everything looked good. After asking us to reduce the price drastically, they managed to find a buyer and they told us that he is a cash buyer. We accepted the low offer for the quick sale. This was on beginning of July. After weeks passing by we weren’t getting adequate feedback on the sale process, which left us extremely disappointed.We requested a deadline where we would pull out if buyers solicitor could not come up with the exchange date. After two weeks we told sale team that our solicitor would close the files if the date was not met. We told the solicitor and the agent its not negotiable. This was our own decision. We have been chasing Avenue Estates for information, but only what we were getting at was that its a cash buyer. So the low price and the quick sale through Avenue Estates took 5 months. With a deep regret after the long wait we were upset and unhappy with sale team input in the whole transaction. The sale went through, but we can not recommend Avenue Estates to anyone, family or friends. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Avenue Estates were the agents looking after a property we rented for 8 yeas. We were already tenants when they took over the purchase of the property with the new owners. The process was seamless and we had no worry at any point during the new owners taking over. We were very well looked after and if there were any problems they responded and corrected very fast without any issues. They were very professional and helpful at all times and we would definitely recommend them.

What a pleasure it was dealing with this company no ask was too big and they were extremely good at coming back to us in a timely manner. Savas handled our sale personally and straight from the get go he was very easy to deal with, there was no pressure at all or false promises or cheesy sales talk which made us feel at ease. Savas did what he said he would and thats price the property at what its worth in the current market and get that price with no games being played and this was important for us to have in a service. Savas secured 8 viewings in the first day of it being listed with me being updated on each one being arranged it was actually really exciting to see all the interest being generated. Our property was sold within 48 hours for a price we were extremely happy with. Viewings were also considered around convenience for ourselves as we both work from home.
The transaction should have been very quick and straight forward but was sadly let down by some of the worst incompetence in conveyancing ive honestly ever seen from a Solicitors within the chain but everyday Savas tried tirelessly to get things moving and eventually it did.
Savas professionalism and dedication to his customers is simply 10/10 and its extremely clear great pride is shown in his work and the reputation of the business.
