I both sold and bought through Meyers at the end of 2025. The staff listened to both what I expected as a seller and also what I was looking for as a buyer. Only showing interest and real parties round and same for me in viewing properties. They were efficient and knew how to market the property & I had real offers within a week.
I was impressed with the communication particularly from Carrie when going through the process of negotiations both as a buyer and seller.

I would not hesitate to recommend Meyers Estate Agents, Poole for the excellent support they gave myself and my sister during the marketing and selling of our late parents home. They gave good advice about marketing and pricing based on good local knowledge. We were constantly kept up to date about viewings and potential buyers. Neither of us were local so we were completely dependent on the Meyers team. They hand held us all the way eventually leading to a buyer and a suitable price. The whole team were fab but the icing on the Meyers cake is their sales progression service - Emily - who kept us informed and supported through a prolonged and stressful process eventually leading to completion.

Incredible service from Carrie at Meyers — and honestly, from the wider team as well. Every time we called, it was clear the staff worked seamlessly together. We’ve already decided that we will use Meyers when it comes time to sell, purely because of the hands-on approach, professionalism, knowledge of trade and proven skill Carrie demonstrated throughout.
For some context, we were in a very difficult position. The solicitors were hiding behind emails, communication had completely broken down, and important details had been missed. Carrie simply did not allow this to continue. She took the reins, spoke directly with all parties involved, and repeatedly got everything back on track.
Due to delays caused by the solicitors, we went beyond our notice period, and the agency we were renting from became unpleasant — despite rent being paid through to the end of the month. Carrie spoke with us and then intervened with them as well, helping to calm and control what had become a stressful situation.
Carrie is an exemplary and highly skilled estate agent — a title that is used far too loosely these days. She is what I would call a true career professional: someone who excels on the front lines, not through bluffing, but through decisive action.
Thank you for standing by us during such a difficult time. You truly were our guardian throughout this process, and I am incredibly grateful for everything you did to support my family.

Steve at Meyers was both honest and helpful in his approach and it was refreshing to receive answers to emailed requests out of the time-honoured office hours that most other agents still abide by.
From first phone contact to first and second viewings, to making an offer and subsequently receiving an accepted memorandum of sale, took just a painless 7 days (incl. the weekend) so what's not to like ?!

speaking to someone on the phone who knew nothing of the properties for sale as he was just an admin person his words Then speaking to a Female about a property we were trying to find in the country she was most unhelpful I was very upset instead of asking me if I wanted a viewing with someone she just hung up as I was talking to her on the phone lost in the back of beyond
