Avenue Road is truly a breath of fresh air. We had a fabulous experience with Jennifer who restored our faith in estate agents. She is extremely fast and efficient, highly professional, knowledgeable, approachable and super organised. Everything she did was tailored to our specific needs and she did go above and beyond what a regular estate agent would do. All phone calls, texts and emails were promptly answered, helpful advice was always on hand even in out of office hours and we were regularly kept in the loop on what was happening every step of the way. All of this always done with a smile! Think we were really lucky we'd come across Avenue Road. They offer a brilliant service and made the selling of our property and buying a new house easy, smooth and transparent. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Superb service and knowledge from Jennifer, very happy that we chose her (out of 3 agents we invited) to sell our house in Edinburgh which went within a week. Everything was so quick and well organised incld viewings and she helped with all the answers we had along the way just a phone call away. It really shows that to provide best customer service is main priority for small family run Avenue Road and thats only thing you really need.

Selling our family home was a really emotive and daunting experience and Jennifer was nothing short of incredible. She held my hand through the process, was incredibly supportive, at the end of the phone at any time (including evenings and weekends) and secured an offer for us way over the home report value in less than a week! Anyone thinking of selling your home, you will get MUCH better service with Avenue Road than you will with the old school agents in Edinburgh and it will cost you a 10th of the price! 5 starts all the way, can’t recommend enough. We dealt with Andrew who is extremely easy going and approachable. I must have text the poor guy 100 times over the 4 days it took to sell our property and each time he replied straight away (regardless of whether it was evening or weekend) putting us at ease. 5 stars

I wanted to take the time to write this review and highlight just how great Avenue Road Estate agents are to use.
This is the second time I have chosen to use Avenue Road to sell properties within my portfolio. Jennifer's knowledge, professionalism and communication skills you can't fault and wouldn't ask for more!
Their connections with surveyors and solicitors etc are invaluable and the advertising product they offer presents the properties to the market in the best light possible.
I have no hesitation in recommending Avenue Road and Jennifer and in fact urge if you are thinking of listing your property then to instruct these guys. They really do know their stuff and will have your property listed and sold with such ease.

It has been a few years since I bought & sold a house & I forgot how stressful it can be.
Thankfully, Jennifer made this journey much easier for me, especially nearing completion of sale when we were on a tight schedule.
Jennifer would contact the lawyer when I was unable to contact them & give me an update.
She was always contactable, even if it was the weekend or after 5:00pm, unlike some large Corporate Estate Agencies.

Can’t recommend Avenue road estate agents enough. Dealing with the sale of my late mother’s house was hard enough but Jenifer could not have been nicer or more helpful.
Explains everything in such a way it’s really easy to understand to the house selling novice. No hard sell at all. Made to feel very comfortable in all aspects of the sale. Andrews aerial footage was amazing. Especially as we have family in Canada who wanted to be kept involved.
Always on call and really does work 24/7. Genuinely nothing seems a hassle to them and it’s very evident the company is way more than just a job to them.
And I suppose the icing on the cake was the house sold 2 days after going live on the website.

Andrew was absolutely brilliant when selling our three bed and of terrace. We wanted to get our house on the market quickly to be in a good position to bid on another property. We'd seen Avenue Road had sold a flat nearby in 48 hours so gave them a ring. Andrew came to photograph our house the next day, organised for the drone flyover, produced the walk through video and brochure all in a matter of days before the weekend so we could start viewings. Andrews communication with us was always quick and reliable, and he dealt with all the enquiries and offers. By the following weekend we'd accepted an offer nearly 15% over asking.
