not a single star for their behaviour

They have no stars. They want to keep 60% of my article if I return.
i have not received a response yet
I was in the hospital, but they will not consider it and want me to post this item to China at my own expense. And also take a percentage, as I mentioned. I thought this company was based in the USA, and I trusted them, but it is in China . They got me by my throat. They are not considerate at all. This dress looks different from the one on the website and is also too significant for me. What can I do? They will not refund my money, yet they represent themselves on their website with good-looking models, but when you deal with them, you know I shall have to give this dress to charity and give a factual review for them .. Be careful
