I purchased a smartphone from this seller earlier this year. After a short period, the device developed a hardware defect affecting the inner screen. I contacted the seller and followed all instructions, including sending the device for inspection. Throughout this process, communication was difficult and responses were often delayed.
I was informed that the repair would not be covered by warranty and that the issue was allegedly caused by “physical damage.” I was never provided with any repair report, diagnostic document or evidence to support this conclusion, despite asking for it multiple times. Because I needed the phone for my work, I agreed to pay the £500 repair fee.
The device was returned to me on 10 November. Within only two days, a new and unrelated defect appeared on the outer screen (yellow bar, glitching, touch issues). I again notified the seller immediately and provided photos and a video. Instead of receiving support or a constructive solution, the communication became hostile and accusatory.
I found the tone unprofessional and the refusal to provide any evidence for the repeated claim of “physical damage” very concerning. At no point was an official repair report provided, and no explanation was given for why a second screen would fail so soon after the first repair.
Because no reasonable solution was offered, I have had to escalate the matter through my credit card company. This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and it is not what I expected when purchasing a high-value device.
I hope this review helps others understand my experience. My advice is to take into account the after-sales communication, the refusal to provide documentation, and the overall way issues were handled when considering a purchase.
Update:
Expected such a reply from this company. For everyone wanting to buy from this company, do so with a creditcard. That is the only way you are able to get your money back. File a complaint and be sure to notify how he deals with his clients.

Great place to buy CN and global rom phones that aren't available to buy in your region. Prices are less compared to other vendors, if it's high we are just a mail away from getting it lowered to make it cheaper. Customer service is top notch, I have contacted them multiple times and response was swift and no need to follow up on our queries.

I purchased a new Sony Xperia 1 vii
I purchased a new Sony Xperia 1 vii. The phone worked for 4 months, and since it was almost new I took it to Sony service to have it repaired under warranty. The warranty was refused because the phone was an Asian model that was gray imported to UK. Dad tech also refused to help me. I offered to send him back the phone so they can try to to prove that the phone has guarantee, but they also refused that. Nice experience. I don't recommend it to anyone.
