I placed an early pre-order for the Honor Magic V5, but due to unexpected delays, it didn’t end up shipping on the original timeline. While this wasn’t necessarily the fault of Average Dad and their team, they worked with me to adjust the order location and provided a discounted refund to help make things right. I truly appreciate their effort to resolve the situation, though as a YouTube reviewer, I would have loved to receive the device earlier for content purposes.

I contacted them for a price match to a competitor, the owner offered this in one of his youtube videos. They agreed and I was happy to move forward. They didn't explain how I was to recieve this match, and then when they did none of the methods worked, including the checkout option the recommended. After I expressed my frustration and offered to continue with my purchase if they could make it right I was told "No, i do not like the way you are speaking! go buy elsewhere! ". I'm a professional and a business owner myself and this is not how you handle customers unless you don't want to be in business very long.

Excellent service from average dad, the phone arrived within days from Hong Kong and works perfectly. I'm very happy with this company, great stuff!

Was worried about dealing with an oversees company purchasing a product at this amount. Averagedad shipped my item quickly and responded to a concern i had at about the shipped item. Not only a youtube sensation, but a great company to deal with too!

I purchased Huawei Matebook Fold from Average Dad Tech store and received it less then a week after it was released in China. In fact I received it before Mike received his MBF. I played around and got it working , the Harmony OS NEXT is not easy. Average Dad ( Mike) posted a video showing how to get the best setup, that has got better being a member of the “buy me a coffee” WhatsApp group where some of the best tech geeks are happy to pass on best practices for Huawei Harmony OS NEXT apps to function alongside Android Apps. Highly recommend the store and the WhatsApp group if you are interested in the latest tech coming on to the market at the best price.

Bought a folding phone from them, a month in the inner screen breaks, Average dad told me it's under warranty and to send it to China with royal mail instead of them sorting the issue. First of you cannot send phones to China because phones have lithium batteries, I told Average dad this and they didn't believe me even though it says on royal mail website!!!, sent anyway but they told me to specifically state the package is only $50 and to send it only (specifically) as standard delivery to avoid large import fees(I showed the royal mail this part where it states the delivery type), I would've sent it tracking or a more expensive shipping as it was a 1500 quid phone, but no no no they said only standard shipping (which doesn't have tracking) I was concerned as I never send without tracking. Contact average dad after a month ish and they told me the parcel never turned up and I was to follow tracking!?!, there wasn't tracking obviously,they told me not to use tracking previously then told me I should've used tracking but they specifically said not too!!!. They won't replace my phone or the refund me and put the blame on me for following their exact details and then lie, but it's all in the emails what they said and told me to do. avoid avoid avoid!!! I understand why this scammer has so many bad reviews.

I would not hesitate recommending AD Tech. I have had two excellent experiences with them received sealed and faultless new products both times with fast shipping. On the second occasion, the price dropped during the pre-order period and AD honoured a refund to make sure I wasnt out of pocket as a pre-order customer. No hidden charges and quality service, highly recommend
