Poor delivery service
The item, which is small, has not yet arrived. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday , 2 days ago, but just before the delivery window EVRI sent a message saying that as the parcel was so large it would need a special consignment. EVRI is a most inefficient courier.

Delivery problems
I ordered 1 item on the 25th April, I realise it is the weekend and to be fair the item was shipped on the Monday but still not seen the package, after talking to the company it will be delivered this afternoon Friday to my place of work, but between 3 and 5. As it is a Friday we all leave early so they can not change the delivery time all they could do was offer a refund, but I need the item for the weekend. Apparently there was a delay at the courier which I was not informed off. So I now need to stay at work until the idem is delivered. Please be careful if you need items in a rush they use Evri.
